WINNER

BABY BLESS HIM  –  impressive 50% strike-rate at Hove! 

BABY BLESS HIM made a winning debut in A9 grade at Hove last November and he has continued to climb up the grades producing an impressive strike rate. The October 15 son of Shaneboy Spencer made it 4 wins from 6 runs when beating Cooly Bonita by just over a length in A5 grade on the 3rd January! A little inconsistent throughout the rest of the month he bounced back to form and produced his best run at Hove by clocking 30.24 calculated when beating Maireads Dream by four lengths in A4 grade last Saturday! Up in grade for the A3 at 9-43 last night ‘Baby’ was sent off the 3/1 joint-favourite where after making a quick start he led all the way to beat the Jason Heath trained Lemon Derek by a length and a half! Owned by the Jaytee Syndicate ‘Baby Bless Him’ clocked 30.33 (Normal) when winning his 6th race from just 12 runs at Hove!

How Our Other Runners Fared

The Norah Mac Racing Clubs BALIBO BONNIE was always behind in the D2 Sprint at 6-44 and clocking 17.08 (-5) 17.03 calculated she finished in 4th place beaten just over four lengths by Some Bullet.

Holding every chance in the A5 at 7-17 ROSEGARLAND MOJO clocked 30.73 (-10) 30.63 calculated and finishing in 4th place she was beaten just under two lengths by Fabulous Arrival.

CASABLANCA was always prominent throughout the A7 at 8-21 and finishing in 2nd place he clocked 30.75 (Normal) when beaten just under four lengths by Invicta Justice.

FRONT STEP suffered crowding in the A8 at 8-37 and clocking 30.78 (Normal) she finished in 4th place beaten two lengths by Dees Betty.
