Leading at the 3/4 mark he ran on well to beat the Jason Heath trained Tyrur Arthur by a length! CELLINI had last won on the 14th June beating Our Swift Girl in a D2 Sprint! She has been in pretty decent form lately and disputed the lead throughout when finishing a ‘neck’ 2nd to Nods Round in a D2 Sprint on the 2nd December! The January 11 daughter of Head Bound was a good 3rd on her next run when beaten just a length by Stop And Go and she had every chance when 4th to Maketherounds on her latest outing! Cellini was an 8/1 chance for the D2 Sprint at 4-08 but she broke well and led all the way beating the Seamus Cahill trained Trap In Front by three and a half lengths! Owned by the Norahmacjestic Six syndicate she clocked 16.69 when winning her 14th race at Hove!

How Our Other Runners Fared
SIZZLERS SWALLOW has made slow starts on her last two outings where she has finished 5th on both occasions! The April 13 daughter of Timor Blue was beaten four lengths by Guinness Solo on the 6th December and five lengths by kennel mate
Droopys Rives last Friday! Despite again making a slow start in the D1 Sprint at 2-47 she ran on well clocking 16.83 when finishing 2nd beaten just 3/4 of a length by the Ken Tester trained winner Vivendi Lewis.
Final Place For Causeiloveyou!
CAUSEILOVEYOU was sent off the 9/4 favourite for an A7 on the 5th December but he suffered crowding and was beaten eight lengths by Get On Amber. The July 12 son of College Causeway ran much better when finishing 4th to Jump The Gun last Friday and now lined up for the A7 grade Owners Bonus Series – Heat 2 at 4-47. Despite being crowded on the run-up and at the first bend he ran on well to finish 2nd to the Doreen Walsh trained Janes Blaze and qualify for the Final on Saturday 26th December! Causeiloveyou clocked 31.09 when beaten just over three lengths by the winner!
MINEOLA PROF is a very consistent performer and he led all the way to beat Tyrur Celena just over two lengths on the 6th December! Up in grade for an A4 last Friday the May 12 son of College Causeway ran well when 3rd to Auldworth Lad. Mineola Prof needed a first ‘three’ finish today in the A4 grade Owners Bonus Series – Heat 2 at 5-22 to see him qualify for the Final on Saturday 26th December but sadly he finished 4th! A slow break cost him dearly and he clocked 30.70 when beaten three lengths by the Seamus Cahill trained winner Banabane.
GLENVALE STEVIE clocked 16.54 when beating Vivendi Lewis in a D1 Sprint on the 22nd November but was beaten five lengths by Broadway Turbine in a Hove Open race Sprint on his latest run. The November 11 son of Paddys Flame was a 3/1 chance on his return to graded action for the D1 Sprint at 5-38 and despite being held up at the first bend he ran well to finish 3rd clocking 16.85 when beaten a length and a half by the Jason Heath trained Droumeragh Maria. Kennel mate SIZZLERS APOLLO was also in the line-up and the September 13 son of Droopys Scolari was a good winner in this grade on the 6th December where he led all the way to beat Farloe Comet by a length and a half clocking 16.45 sec. He had found trouble on his latest run when finishing 5th to Southern Calum and although he was baulked at the first bend today he was just a short-head behind ‘Stevie’ finishing in 4th place clocking 16.86 sec.
