WINNERS

FANORE FLYER  –  Superb Hove hat-trick!

FANORE FLYER kept on well to beat Scarlet Seamist by 3/4 of a length in a D2 Sprint on the 5th May and he followed up in fine style in the same grade last Wednesday where the April 15 son of Vans Escalade led all the way to beat Liljaqs Girl by a length! Sent off a 3/1 chance for the D1 Sprint at 2-27 the in-form runner missed his break but still managed to lead at the 1st bend! Running on well he beat the Jason Heath trained Swift Banzai by a length and a half! Owned by Steve Keay Fanore Flyer clocked 16.56 (-5) 16.51 calculated when winning his 5th race at Hove! Kennel mate OBEY THE RULES was a 7/1 shot and running on well after a slow start the November 13 son of Westmead Hawk wasn’t beaten far in 3rd place where he clocked 16.69 (-5) 16.64 calculated when beaten just under two lengths by the winner.

‘CASHONTHERUN’ IS BACK TO WINNING WAYS!

CASHONTHERUN  –  his 9th Win at Hove!

CASHONTHERUN held every chance when finishing in 2nd place beaten just over a length by Fridays Angel in D1 grade last Friday. A 4/1 chance for the D1 Sprint at 4-27 the August 14 son of Colorful Champ led at the 2nd bend when beating his kennel mate Independent Jack by a short-head! Owned by Tony Mann Cashontherun clocked 16.57 (-5) 16.52 calculated when winning for the 9th time at Hove! INDEPENDENT JACK was a 7/1 chance and the August 13 son of Kinloch Brae owned by the Norah Mac Racing Club ran on well to finish in 2nd place clocking 16.58 (-5) 16.53 calculated when beaten just a short-head by the winner!

How Our Other Runners Fared

BALLYSTEEN STAR was a 7/1 chance for the A8 at 2-47 where the July 14 daughter of Droopys Scolari found ‘trouble’ in running after making a slow start. Clocking 31.41 (-10) 31.31 calculated ‘Star’ finished in 3rd place beaten eight lengths by the Doreen Walsh trained winner Brickhill Jacksy.

DROOPYS HEAT got up late to beat Ballymac Kincora by 3/4 of a length in A7 grade last Friday and the February 14 daughter of Mall Brandy owned by the Norah Mac Racing Heat syndicate was an 8/1 chance up in grade for the A6 at 3-07. Quick away she led to 1/2 way and clocked 31.23 (-10) 31.13 calculated when finishing in 5th place beaten five lengths by the Wendy Short trained winner Ruthless Savage.

FOREVER MICK was sent off a 7/2 chance for the A6 at 5-07 but the June 15 son of Tullymurry Act found ‘trouble’ in running when crowded at the 3rd bend! Clocking 30.92 (-10) 30.82 calculated he finished in 6th place beaten just over six lengths by Ballymac Pod who is trained by Seamus Cahill.

SIZZLERS WENDY was a 7/2 chance for the A11 at 5-56 where the January 15 daughter of Farloe Barracuda was quick away and led to the 4th bend! Clocking 31.85 (-10) 31.75 calculated she finished in 3rd place beaten just over six lengths by the Tony Taylor trained winner Julius Tallulah.
