WINNERS
SUMMERVILLE KATE – Her 3rd Win for the Racing Club!
SUMMERVILLE KATE beat Wee Ditches by 3/4 of a length on her return to race action on the 14th October after nine weeks out through injury! She finished a neck 2nd behind Swift Miranda on the 25th October and sent off 2/1 favourite on her latest run the July 15 daughter of Forest Master returned to winning ways by leading all the way to beat Lacy Reels by three lengths! A 7/2 chance up in grade for the D2 Sprint at 2-47 today ‘Kate’ followed up in good style when again leading all the way to beat the Jason Heath trained Droopys Renata by a length and a half! Owned by the Norah Mac Racing Club ‘Summerville Kate’ clocked 16.75 (-5) 16.70 calculated when winning her 3rd race for the ‘Club’ moving their total number of winners onto the 163 mark! HYNESS MILL was 4th beaten two and a half lengths by There She Sails on his last run and the September 14 son of Droopys Jet was a 6/1 chance. A slow start was again costly for ‘Ron’ and clocking 17.01 (-5) 16.96 calculated he finished in 4th place beaten just over three lengths by the winner.

A 23rd HOVE WIN FOR SPIDERMAN!
The last win for SPIDERMAN came on the 2nd September where he kept on strongly to beat Droopys Schnozz by a length and a half! Although beaten six lengths by Karens Room on his latest outing the June 14 son of Razldazl Jayfkay was sent off the 5/2 favourite for the D1 Sprint at 5-56. Bouncing back to form he led at the 1st bend and keeping on well beat the Jason Heath trained Brexit by 1/2 a length! Owned by Mr J. Ford ‘Spiderman’ clocked 16.60 (-5) 16.55 calculated when winning for the 23rd time at Hove! Kennel mate SIZZLERS APOLLO was 2nd beaten just a ‘neck’ by Coltwood Girl on his latest run and the September 13 son of Droopys Scolari was made a 4/1 chance. Crowded at the 1st bend he clocked 16.76 (-5) 16.71 calculated when finishing in 3rd place beaten just two lengths by the winner.

How Our Other Runners Fared
TIMBERLEE LAD was beaten just 3/4 of a length when 2nd to Only Dreaming last time out and the April 14 son of Blackstone Gene was made 9/4 favourite for the A10 at 2-08. Sadly ‘Woody’ was badly baulked in running and finished lame behind the Seamus Cahill trained winner Double Aitch. He will be fully checked over on his return to the kennel.
BALIBO RUBY was beaten three lengths by Maireads Mist on her latest outing and the July 14 daughter of Razldazl Rioga owned by the Norah Mac Racing Ruby syndicate was a 7/2 chance for the D3 Sprint at 4-08. Running on well ‘Ruby’ finished in 2nd place clocking 17.05 (-5) 17.00 calculated when beaten just over a length by Drumcove Jar Jar who is trained by Maria Collins.
OBEY THE RULES always led when beating Cisberry Geo by two and a half lengths last Thursday and the November 13 son of Westmead Hawk was sent off a 9/4 fancy now up in grade for the A5 at 5-07. Holding every chance he clocked 30.95 (-10) 30.85 calculated when finishing in 4th place beaten just under four lengths by the Jason Heath trained winner Daylens Volcano.
