ROSEGARLAND JEDI – his 8th win at Hove!

ROSEGARLAND JEDI got back to winning ways at Hove when leading all the way to beat the Derek Knight trained Shotgun Express by a ‘neck’ in A3 grade at the start of March! Two defeats have since followed including one in Open class but the November 15 son of Scolari Me Daddy was sent off the 7/4 favourite for the A3 at 9-26. Quick away he was baulked at the 1st bend but held a slender lead! Keeping on well he beat the Derek Knight trained Hovex Dunk by a neck! Owned by Anthony O’Shaughnessy, Mike Owens and Ivor Stocker ‘Rosegarland Jedi’ clocked 30.46 (Normal) when winning his 8th race at Hove!

Our Runners Who Made The Frame

Sent off the 10/1 outsider for the D2 Sprint at 6-44 BALIBO MAGS very nearly produced an upset! Although crowded at the 1st bend she ran on well to take 2nd place, clocking 16.95 (-5) 16.90 calculated, when beaten two lengths by Jumeirah Big Tom.

BALLYSTEEN SKY was slow away in the A11 at 8-38 but keeping on well he was disputing the lead at the 3rd bend! Clocking 31.62 (-10) 31.52 calculated he finished in 2nd place beaten just 1/2 a length by Caireal Rambo. Kennel mate and litter brother SUMMERVILLE BOY was beaten nine lengths in 5th place.
