Leathems Bright

LEATHEMS BRIGHT clocked 30.49 calculated when beating Swift Andorra in a three-dog Trial on the 14th November but the February 14 son of Shaneboy Lee was well beaten by Pollards Billy when finishing 4th on his latest outing! ‘Wellington’ runs in the A5 at 2-27.

Windy Warrior

WINDY WARRIOR led all the way when beating his kennel mate Mist Of Time in A8 grade on the 19th November but the March 13 son of Windy Millar was well beaten by Maireads Mist up in A7 grade last Friday! Windy Warrior lines up for the A7 at 2-47.

ABBEYS ZENYATTA was beaten just over nine lengths by Dunham Prince in A8 grade on the 21st November. The April 13 daughter of Droopys Kewel was given a drop in grade for her latest outing but suffered ‘trouble’ in running and was beaten five lengths by Swift Holly. She must avoid any ‘trouble’ in the A7 at 3-07.

GRANSON LUCA is in good form and the February 2012 son of Blackstone Gene made it two wins from his last four races when getting a ‘head’ verdict over Leamaneigh Cash in A9 grade last Friday. He escapes a penalty for that success and lines up for the A9 at 3-28 along with kennel mate AVIT ON BERYL who has found plenty of ‘trouble’ in running on her last two outings! The May 12 daughter of Farley Turbo has finished well behind Lets Go Droopy and Hitachi Tara in A9 grade!

Timberlee Lad

TIMBERLEE LAD opened his Hove account when beating Complicated Toni by almost two lengths in A11 grade on the 30th October! The April 14 son of Blackstone Gene was a beaten favourite in A10 grade on his latest outing finishing 4th to Gambles Winner but ‘Woody’ should have every chance in the A10 at 3-48.

INTAYACYNTHIA has held every chance on her last three runs finishing close up when beaten by Gambles Winner,  Tour De France and Leahs Power all in A11 grade! The October 10 daughter of Kryptonite can be given a chance in the A11 at 4-08.

Droopys Rives

DROOPYS RIVES last win was on the 28th August but the July 13 son of Westmead Hawk has been in very good form recently producing decent runs against Dimyourlights,  Sizzlers Apollo and Champagne Mel. But the July 13 son of Westmead Hawk finally got back to winning ways in D1 grade when beating his kennel mate Dragon Overlord by a length and a half last Wednesday! ‘River’ runs in the D1 Sprint at 4-27.

Data Olly

DATA OLLY has been running well and the June 13 son of Head Bound was a good winner when beating Bellinter Bear by a head in A5 grade on the 21st November! Up in A4 grade last Saturday he ran on late to finish 4th, less than two lengths, behind Westmead Julie and should have every chance in the A4 at 4-47.

Listry Ace

LISTRY ACE was quick away and always led when beating Nods Mary Sharp by a short-head on the 18th November! The October 12 daughter of Kinloch Brae clocked a very decent 30.45 calculated when winning her first race for the Norah Mac Racing Club. ‘Grace’ was beaten five lengths by Next Customer last Friday but if able to lead in the A6 at 5-07 she should go well.

CELLINI was the 14/1 outsider for her comeback run where she finished 4th behind kennel mate All About Eile in a D2 Sprint on the 14th November. The January 11 daughter of Head Bound also finished 4th to Get On Laura last Friday! Cellini wasn’t beaten far in both those runs and could run well in the D2 Sprint at 5-38.

Rockmount Robben

ROCKMOUNT ROBBEN opened his Hove account when winning in A5 grade on the 15th November the September 2013 son of Westmead Hawk showing good pace when beating Pollards Billy just over a length! He made it two wins from four runs when beating kennel mate Ballymac Chindit in A5 grade last Wednesday. ‘Rocky’ escapes a penalty for the A5 at 6-11. Kennel mate DROOPYS RELAX was added to this race this morning and will run from trap 5. She was beaten by her sister Droopys Heat on her Hove debut but the February 14 daughter of Mall Brandy out of the dam Droopys Safina won on her next outing beating Senor Eddie by 3/4 of a length in D2 grade on the 30th October! She made a slow start when beaten four lengths by Slaheny Valley in A5 grade last Sunday.

Tuesday 1st December 2015  –  POOLE Report

DORSET DASH

CALM PRECISION was beaten just under three lengths when finishing 3rd to
Lenson Santi in the CORAL.CO.UK MAIDEN 475 at Hove on the 12th November. Owned by Debbie Williams and Mick McCrory the June 13 son of Droopys Scolari suffered crowding when dead-heating for 2nd place, with Droopys Thunder, when finishing behind Independent Jack last Thursday. Sadly he was crowded and forced to check at 1/2 way in the DORSET DASH at 8-07 last night and finishing in 6th place he was beaten a distance.

CARLSBERG CLASSIC 2015 SEMI-FINAL 1

SIZZLERSCHEYENNE had clocked 27.09 calculated in a Poole Trial on the 17th November but he improved on that effort when qualifying for the Semi-Finals of the CARLSBERG CLASSIC 2015 Competition! The August 12 son of Hondo Black owned by Dave and Joy Cook showed good early pace and led to near the line clocking 26.79 when finishing 2nd beaten just a short-head by the Jo Burridge trained Sky Jack in the Heats! Sent off a 14/1 chance last night he missed the break and was badly baulked at the third bend. Sizzlerscheyenne clocked 27.32 (Normal) when finishing in 6th place beaten nine lengths by the June Harvey trained winner Aimnfire.

DORSET STAYERS TROPHY

COOLOGUE GEM appreciated the drop in class for the 695 metres S2 at Hove on the 21st November where she beat Clairkeith Tilda by a short-head. The November 11 daughter of Seventh Jet had run well over the trip when 3rd to the Kevin Hutton trained Jet Stream Trail in a Hove Open on the 29th October! The Dave Staddon owned stayer was a 9/1 chance for the DORSET STAYERS TROPHY and although she finished in 5th place she was only beaten beaten four lengths over the 640 metre trip! Her finishing position would have been much better if she had made a decent start! Slow away Coologue Gem clocked 39.61 (Normal) when finishing behind the W. J. Black trained winner Ballymac Rosalie.

Satellite Fever

SATELLITE FEVER clocked 30.46 calculated when bolting up in A5 grade last Sunday! The February 12 son of College Causeway took up the running at the third bend and stayed on well to beat Tyrur Arthur by four lengths! ‘Tommy’ was winning for the 8th time at Hove and is up in grade for the A4 at 2-47.

Swift Messi

SWIFT MESSI made his 200th appearance in the (D2) SWIFT MESSI 200 RACES STAKES on the 21st November but the September 09 son of Hondo Black was unable to secure victory despite making a bold effort and was beaten just 3/4 of a length by Ballinlough Boss. ‘Lionel’ held every chance when 4th to Farloe Comet last Friday and should again run well in the D2 Sprint at 3-07.

Ballymac Chindit

BALLYMAC CHINDIT led everywhere bar the line when pipped at the post by kennel mate Rockmount Robben last Wednesday! The December 12 son of Ace Hi Rumble had been finding ‘trouble’ in recent runs but he clocked a decent 30.66 when finishing in 2nd place and must have a ‘fair’ chance in the A5 at 3-48.

The lightly raced VISCOUNT RAMBLER is a talented dog and the June 11 son of Goldmine Ramble clocked a superb 29.98 calculated when beating Castleview Jake just over four lengths in A3 grade on the 6th November! He was put up ‘two’ grades for that success and was well beaten by Crossfield Zeus and Castleview Jake on his next two runs! He is dropped in grade for the (A3) Owners Bonus Series – Heat 1 at 4-27 where a first-two finish would see him qualify for the Final on Saturday 12th December.

Avit On Elsie

AVIT ON ELSIE clocked 30.99 in a two-dog Trial on the 21st November and made her return after a short rest to run in an A7 last Saturday. The July 12 daughter of Eden Brett disputed the lead to the third bend where she suffered bad crowding and was shuffled back to finish in last place six lengths behind Queen Champ. Connections will be hoping for a ‘clearer’ run in the A7 at 5-22.

Mist Of Time

MIST OF TIME was a good 2nd to kennel mate Windy Warrior on the 19th November and was sent off 2/1 favourite for an A8 last Saturday where the May 13 daughter of Droopys Scolari clocked 30.84 calculated when finishing 3rd to Swift Mayo. Mist Of Time should have every chance in the A8 at 6-11.
