Wendy (Hanover Lady) made no mistake last night, storming home to eclipse her rivals by over four lengths in her A4. The bargain blue clocked a very respectable 29.31 with a scintilating sectional of 4.83.  Her early pace is likely to prove very useful in her future runs.

Our relatively new aquisition is proving a real winner.  A tasty 11-2 was available with the books, though it was notable that Reeds had her chalked up at 4’s before moving her out a point.

Those attending live were able to enjoy, for the first but not the last time,  the buzz of a podium trophy presentation and there was a select band on hand, accompanied by family and friends, to enjoy the moment.

The pictures of the podium presentation will be uploaded to the website in the next week or so as will the race recording.  Wendy’s previous two wins are now online in our video gallery.

Further good fortune for the norahmac members as one or two of the less photogenic club members decided to duck the party, notably mad-dog Maunders contenting himself at home with a bargain bucket of kfc and live streaming (of what?) from the internet!

Gino (Horse Outside) was less successful on Friday night. A tardy start and first bend crowding proving too much to overcome.
