Placed 2nd on her last two runs BALLYMAC BENEFIT went one place better today when winning the A7 at 3-28. The June 2010 daughter of Burnpark Champ was winning her 17th race at Hove! She had to work hard coming from off the pace but running on well she got up to beat the Wendy Short trained Ajax Reg by a short-head! Owned by the Power Of Seven Syndicate Ballymac Benefit clocked 31.07 (-20) 30.87 calculated when winning for the 20th time in her career!
How Our Other Runners Fared
Farloe Scolari was quick away in the D2 Sprint at 1-33 and led to the run-in but couldn’t hold off the late challenge of the Seamus Cahill trained winner Get On Laura. Farloe Scolari clocked 17.09 (-10) 16.99 calculated finishing in 3rd place just over a length behind the winner! Classy Molly suffered crowding at the second bend and finished in 6th place clocking 17.31 (-10) 17.21 calculated beaten four lengths by the winner.
Mineola Prof held every chance in the A3 at 2-27 and was beaten two and a half lengths by the Claude Gardiner trained winner Ashington Adam. Mineola Prof clocked 30.45 (-20) 30.25 calculated in 4th place!
Fairhill Frankie was sent off the 9/4 favourite for the D1 Sprint at 2-47 but he was badly baulked and fell at the first bend and was beaten a distance. He will be fully checked over on his return to the kennel.
Leathems Desire held every chance in the D1 Sprint at 3-48. He clocked 16.74 (-10) 16.64 calculated when finishing in 4th place and was beaten two lengths by the Seamus Cahill trained winner Derrane Nick.
Coolscart Hawk was crowded at the first bend in the A6 at 4-27 and was beaten just over six lengths by the Wendy Short trained winner Droopys Bale. The ‘Hawk’ clocked 30.99 (-20) 30.79 calculated finishing in 6th place.

Ballymac Chindit – Two recent Hove Wins!
Ballymac Chindit goes into the D1 Sprint at 10-30 in good heart having enjoyed two recent wins – one at Open level! Millroad Jessy has been withdrawn and is replaced by Razldazl Clyde who would be a big danger to all on his best form!
Shyan Zippy has not won for a while but there was signs of a return to form when a close up 2nd on her last run! Could go well in the A8 at 11-44.
Speak Out Lilly missed out on the four-timer when crowded last run! But she remains in good form and could benefit from the drop in grade for the A6 at 12-21. Kennel-mate Release The Ace is running well and is sure to play a part in the finish of this race!
Baby Sky – Running as well as ever!
Baby Sky is in great form and running as well as ever! A real crowd favourite at Hove she will be staying on late in the A4 at 12-38.
Sizzlerscheyenne – Promising Hove debut!
Sizzlerscheyenne ran with plenty of promise on his Hove debut when 2nd in this grade last week! More to come in the A3 at 1-31.
Athlacca Olympic – Won 2 of his last 3 races!
Athlacca Olympic is in superb form winning two of his last three races! Up in grade for the latest success but should run well in the A2 at 2-25.
