‘AVIT ON BERYL’ IS BACK WITH A WIN!

Winner
AVIT ON BERYL won her first race last August but was unable to follow up on that success. She returned from seasonal rest in the A9 at 4-08 at Hove today and immediately doubled her career total when leading at the 3/4 mark and holding off the Doreen Walsh trained Greenside Court by a neck! Sent off a 6/1 chance the May 2012 daughter of Farley Turbo, owned by Gemma Byford and Scott Murray, clocked 30.90 (Normal) when winning for the 2nd time at Hove!
How Our Other Runners Fared
Our two runners in the D2 Sprint at 2-08 were both returning from long absences and were likely to need the run. Windy Warrior was crowded at the first bend and was beaten just under five lengths by the Marie Collins trained winner Maid Ofthe Mill and clocked 17.02 (Normal) finishing in 4th place. Kennel mate Lobelia was baulked at the first bend and crowded at the second when clocking 17.15 (Normal) back in 5th place six and a half lengths behind the winner.
The Racing Clubs Classy Molly was stepping back up in trip after a spell of sprinting! But she was crowded on the run-up and again at the first bend in the A7 at 4-47 and was beaten five lengths by the Jason Heath trained winner Sarasota Pearl. ‘Molly’ clocked 31.16 (-10) 31.06 calculated when finishing in 5th place.
Ballymac Tonya was crowded at the first bend in the A9 at 5-22. She finished in 4th place clocking 31.34 (-10) 31.24 calculated when beaten five and a half lengths by the Jason Heath trained winner Gregs Nod.
On Your Lonesome was crowded at the first and second bends in the D2 Sprint at 5-38 and with that his chance was gone! He clocked 17.26 (-5) 17.21 calculated when beaten just under five lengths by the Derek Knight trained Cameron finishing in 4th place.
Release The Ace has found trouble on his latest runs and it was more of the same today. He was crowded at the third bend and baulked on the run-in when beaten three lengths by the Seamus Cahill trained winner Who Needs Cash in the A5 at 5-56. Release The Ace clocked 30.83 (-10) 30.73 calculated finishing back in 4th place.
Judicial Babe was badly held up in the A7 at 6-11. She was baulked at the first bend and crowded at the fourth and was beaten eight lengths by the Paul Garland trained winner Getgoin Bobby. Judicial Babe clocked 31.55 (-10) 31.45 calculated finishing in 6th place.

Swift Messi – Won in this grade last week!
We have three runners lining up for the D2 Sprint at 7-31. Swift Messi was a winning favourite last Sunday and escapes a penalty for that success! Droopys Tomford makes his Hove debut for the Norah Mac Racing Club! While Abbeys Zenyatta has the ability to figure if allowed to lead!
We have two runners with chances in the A6 at 8-34. Cellini was a winning favourite on her last run and like Swift Messi she also avoids a penalty! Cellini has good early pace and loves to dominate out front. Kennel mate Swift Debbie was beaten just a head when 2nd on her latest outing. She also has good early and should get a nice run out wide!
Fairhill Frankie was having his first run for a month following a fall when finishing well behind dead-heaters Oonah and Somoud last week. He runs in the D1 Sprint at 9-24 and will come on for that run!

Anmima Madam runs in the A9 at 11-42. She ran well in this grade on her latest outing and should have every chance!
Monleek Diamond lines up in the A5 at 11-57. She is a consistent performer in this grade and deserves to get her head back in front soon!
Mineola Prof runs in the A3 at 12-12. The son of College Causeway is put up in grade for an impressive win last time!
Miss McCann – Just the one Hove win!
Miss McCann runs in the A5 at 1-58. She only has the one win at Hove but the drop in grade could see her involved in the finish!
