‘PRINCESS PATI’ WINS THE LAST FOR A ‘TEAM MAC’ DOUBLE!

The kennel has been enjoying more success on the ‘Open’ scene lately so the win of MINEOLA PROF in the A4 at 4-08 was a welcome ‘Graded’ winner for the Team! Sent off the 5/4 favourite Mineola Prof was crowded at the first bend but rallied well to lead on the run-in to beat the Ken Tester trained Ashington Prince by one and a quarter lengths. The May 2012 son of College Causeway was winning for the second time in his last four outings! Owned by Dave Staddon Mineola Prof clocked 30.48 (-20) 30.28 calculated when winning his 8th race at Hove.
PRINCESS PATI had to dig deep to win the A4 at 6-11. The June 2011 daughter of Eden Brett was crowded at the first bend but she ran on strongly to collar the Wayne Wrighting trained Westmead Pedro on the line! Owned by Diane Benson ‘Pati’ clocked 30.64 (-20) 30.44 calculated when getting home by 1/2 a length for her 2nd win in 3 runs and her 9th career win at Hove!
How Our Other Runners Fared
The Racing Clubs Classy Molly may have been a 10/1 chance for the A8 at 3-48 but she showed enough in 4th place to suggest a win is not far off! ‘Molly’ was crowded at the first bend but was only beaten one and three quarter lengths by the Wayne Wrighting trained winner Buffys Angel. Molly clocked 31.18 (-20) 30.98 calculated.
Despite the drop in grade Judicial Babe was a 10/1 shot for the A8 at 4-27. Her chance was affected by a slow break and crowding at the 1/4 mark! Judicial Babe clocked 31.24 (-20) 31.04 calculated finishing in 5th place beaten just under five lengths by the Marie Collins trained winner Dualla Flyers.
Fairhill Frankie was sent off the 5/2 joint favourite for the D1 Sprint at 5-07 but he suffered crowding at 1/2 way and was beaten six lengths by Stop And Go who is trained by Ken Tester. ‘Frankie’ clocked 17.22 (-10) 17.12 calculated finishing in 5th place.
Ballymac Tonya was sent off the 5/2 joint favourite for the A10 at 5-56. She showed good early pace and was handy but was held up with crowding at the first bend. ‘Tonya’ clocked 31.65 (-20) 31.45 calculated in 6th place and was beaten just over three lengths by the Claude Gardiner trained winner Attractive Lady.

Droopys Rives runs in the D1 Sprint at 12-27. He has shown a good attitude in his two runs and the July 13 pup looks a nice prospect!
Anmima Madam was well beaten on her latest run but was a close up 2nd on her previous outing. She runs in the A9 at 12-41.
Windy Warrior was always behind on his return from a lengthy absence. He cannot afford any hold-ups in the A9 at 12-58.
Watch Matt and Abbeys Zenyatta have not been at their best so far this year! A return to form from either of our runners could see them play a part in the D2 Sprint at 1-12.
Cellini has good early pace and likes to dominate! Sure to be handy in the A6 at 1-28 but will she hold on?
