‘Droopys Rives’ Follows Up In Fine Style!

Winner
DROOPYS RIVES followed up his win on Sunday with another polished performance in the D1 Sprint at 5-07 at Hove today making it two wins in six days! The July 2013 son of Westmead Hawk is blessed with good early pace, hugs the rails tightly, and stays on strongly! Owned by the River Seven Syndicate the young pup looks an exciting prospect for the kennel. Sent off the 5/4 favourite he soon led beating the Ken Tester trained runner-up Tap And Go by two lengths clocking 16.63 (-20) 16.43 calculated. With only four runs under his belt there is plenty of improvement to come!
How Our Other Runners Fared
There was some good efforts from our other runners and we was a bit unlucky to come home with just the one winner! Fairhill Frankie was beaten a neck in the D2 Sprint at 2-08. He ran on well but was just denied by the Derek Knight trained winner Cameron. ‘Frankie’ was sent off the 7/4 favourite and clocked 17.07 (-20) 16.87 calculated in 2nd place!
Mineola Prof was unlucky in the A3 at 3-48. He stayed on well making his challenge on the run-in and failed by just a head to peg back the Jason Heath trained winner Dacent Rumble. Mineola Prof clocked 30.62 (-40) 30.22 calculated finishing in 2nd place!
Anmima Madam was sent off the 5/2 joint favourite for the A8 at 4-47. She was quick away and tried to make all but she just failed to last home and finished in 3rd place beaten a short head and a neck! It was a brave effort and she clocked 31.02 (-40) 30.62 calculated behind the race winner Rustic Charm who is trained by Doreen Walsh.
Cellini was crowded at the first bend in the A6 at 6-11. She made her challenge from the 3/4 mark but was baulked on the run-in and was beaten one and a half lengths by the Derek Knight trained winner Moment Of Truth. Cellini clocked 31.28 (-30) 30.98 calculated in 4th place.

Watch Matt – Should run well!
Watch Matt was beaten just one length in this grade last time and must have every chance in the D2 Sprint at 7-31.
Glenvale Stevie has not raced for a couple of months but went well in his comeback trial on Monday. He runs in the D1 Sprint at 8-02.
Speak Out Lilly gets a drop in grade for the A6 at 9-07.
Judicial Babe – Dropped in grade!
Judicial Babe has been well beaten in her last four races and is dropped a grade for the A9 at 9-24.
Monleek Diamond ran in an Open Race at Sittingbourne last time but will be more competitive in the A5 at 9-41.
Avit On Beryl finished 6th on Wednesday but was only beaten two lengths! She must have a chance in the A7 at 9-57.
Classy Molly – Needs a clear run!
The Racing Clubs Classy Molly has struggled to get a clear run on her last four outings. With Trap 6 vacant she may have more room to operate in the A8 at 10-13.
Sizzlerscheyenne – Beaten favourite last time!
Sizzlerscheyenne was a beaten favourite in A3 grade last time but had been running well in Open class previous. He runs in the A3 at 10-30.
