The money came for Jolly Redeye which allowed GLENPADDEN BOLT to drift from a morning show of 9/4 out to 11/4 which proved good value considering his strike rate at Sittingbourne! The May 2011 son of Droopys Scolari has won 6 of his last 10 races and 5 of those wins have come at Sittingbourne! Add to that he broke the 450 metre track record at Sittingbourne on December 28th last year he’s proved to be a great purchase for his owners Debbie Williams and Mick McCrory. Showing good early pace Glenpadden Bolt led at the second bend and powered to victory in the SITTINGBOURNE SUPER STANDARD FINAL clocking 30.06 (Normal) when beating the Seamus Cahill trained runner-up Millwards Joker by just over five lengths! The Kevin Hutton trained favourite Jolly Redeye finished in 3rd place beaten almost seven lengths!
