An event well worth supporting!

See below for a message passed on by Dawn from our great friends at the WGW (next door to Norah’s kennels).  

Norah is a patron for WGW, has her table booked and invites other kennel owners and club members to book their places and join her for what is likely to be a really lively evening.

The Wimbledon Greyhound Welfare Winter Charity Ball is the first of its kind; a night where all sections and representatives of the sport are invited to join us to raise awareness, and vital funds, for our retired greyhounds.

The Black Tie event will be held at the Holiday Inn, Kingston South (effectively Thames Ditton) on Sunday, 2nd December, 2012.

Our 200 guests will enjoy a Champagne reception, 3 course meal, Wine, Raffle, Grand Auction and lots more in a bid to raise £5000 for our retired racers at WGW.

The Ball will commence at 6.00pm with a welcome drink reception. All proceeds will go to WGW. Tickets are available at £60 per head or £550 for a table of ten.

There are a limited number of tickets so be sure to book your seats in time. Why not take advantage of the group discount and bring your friends and family along for a pre-Christmas celebration.
