Unfortunately due to a technical glitch it seems the preview for Wendy’s win on Sunday did not get posted on the website.  After-timing is poor form and not really acceptable. Nonetheless it was suggested she would be a warm order but not necessarily to be backed at the expected odds.

So well done to Wendy (Hanover Lady) on another serious effort, landing the spoils by a hard fought short head in her run on the 3rd February.  These aren’t the greatest days for the club, given the sickness and recent minor mishaps to the strength, but Wendy really is keeping the show on the road with her rich vein of form.  Her pace around the bend and rail-hugging held sway in a thrilling contest Sunday morning. It seems the Hove Owners Dinner and Awards Night is close to sold out.  A waiting list is being set up for those who still want to attend.

Leah (Memories Leah) may have a trial away from Hove later in the week if she continues her progress following her bout of sickness. Oscar (Lima Oscar) should trial on Thursday.

Wendy (Hanover Lady) gets a run out in the D1, in the 834pm on Saturday.  It’s a much tougher contest than she’s been in of late, almost an Open really.  Wendy will be a working man’s price for those that fancy a flutter.
