HYNESS MILL was sent off a 3/1 chance when making his return from injury in the D2 Sprint at 11-28. The September 14 son of Droopys Jet made a slow start but came from off the pace to grab 3rd place behind the Wayne Wrighting trained winner Bellinter Magic. Clocking 16.87 (-10) 16.77 calculated ‘Ron’ was beaten two and a half lengths by the winner. Kennel mate INDEPENDENT JACK was the 9/4 favourite but the August 13 son of Kinloch Brae owned by the Norah Mac Racing Club relinquished a decent lead at the 1st bend and finishing in 5th place ‘Jack’ clocked 16.92 (-10) 16.82 calculated when beaten just over three lengths by the winner.

DROOPYS CYRIC led near the line to beat Gemini Princess by 3/4 of a length a week ago and the November 14 son of Tullymurry Act owned by the Norah Mac Racing Cyric syndicate was a 7/2 chance for the A5 at 12-27. Checking at the 1st bend he was always in rear when 6th behind the Seamus Cahill trained winner Dottie Belle. Sadly Droopys Cyric finished lame and will be fully checked over on his return to the kennel.

BABY GOLD was a 5/1 chance for the A9 at 12-41 but the February 13 daughter of Droopys Scolari was baulked at the 1st and 3rd bends and finishing in 6th place she clocked 31.49 (-20) 31.29 calculated when beaten ten lengths by Cutters Impact who is trained by Tony Taylor.

SIZZLERS GUNBOAT was a 7/2 chance making his Hove debut in the A6 at 1-12. But after making a slow start and suffering crowding at the 4th bend the September 15 son of Mall Brandy finished in 4th place clocking 31.14 (-20) 30.94 calculated when beaten just over six lengths by the Tony Taylor trained winner Zari Bunny.

TIMBERLEE LAD was a 9/4 chance for the D3 Sprint at 1-28 where the April 14 son of Blackstone Gene ran on well to finish 3rd to Ferryforth Dora who is trained by Tony Taylor. Clocking 17.04 (-10) 16.94 calculated ‘Woody’ was beaten just over a length by the winner! Kennel mate SUMMERVILLE KATE was a 7/1 chance but the July 15 daughter of Forest Master was very slow away! Clocking 17.17 (-10) 17.07 calculated she finished in 6th place beaten three lengths by the winner.
