Wednesday 19th July 2017 – HOVE Report
BALIBO RUBY was a 6/1 shot for the D2 Sprint at 3-07 where the July 14 daughter of Razldazl Rioga owned by the Norah Mac Racing Ruby syndicate went so close to ending her 11 race losing run! Holding every chance ‘Ruby’ finished in 3rd place clocking 16.95 (-20) 16.75 calculated when beaten just a ‘neck’ by Hamsteronapiano (Wayne Wrighting) and Brinkleys Bobdog (Tony Taylor) who dead-heated for 1st place!
Litter sister BALIBO MAGS ended a 30 race losing run when leading all the way to beat Suirview Boris by 1/2 a length last time but the July 14 daughter of Razldazl Rioga owned by the Norah Mac Racing Mags syndicate was unable to follow up in the A5 at 3-28. Sent off the 5/2 favourite ‘Mags’ clocked 31.49 (-40) 31.09 calculated when finishing in 3rd place beaten five lengths by the Jason Heath trained winner Bayliss Boy.
CABRIOL ARAMIS was a 5/1 chance for the D1 Sprint at 4-08 but the May 14 daughter of Blonde Snapper was baulked at 1/2 way and finishing in 3rd place she clocked 17.02 (-20) 16.82 calculated when beaten just over a length by Jumeirah Henry who is trained by Tony Taylor. Kennel mate FLACKWELL SPIRIT was also a 5/1 chance and the June 14 son of Taylors Sky was also baulked at 1/2 way! Clocking 17.06 (-20) 16.86 calculated he finished in 4th place beaten just under two lengths by the winner!
ASSERT was sent off the 5/2 favourite for the A9 at 4-47 and although the July 14 son of Skywalker Ace ran on well after making a slow start 3rd place was the best he could manage! Clocking 31.25 (-30) 30.95 calculated he was beaten just over three lengths by the Maria Collins trained winner Drumcove Oscar. Kennel mate FRONT STEP was a 3/1 shot and holding every chance the January 15 daughter of Ballymac Eske clocked 31.38 (-30) 31.08 calculated when finishing in 4th place beaten just under five lengths by the winner.
TIMBERLEE LASS was a 6/1 chance for the A10 at 5-22 where the April 14 daughter of Blackstone Gene held every chance clocking 31.39 (-30) 31.09 calculated when finishing in 4th place beaten just under three lengths by Newlawn Mark who is trained by Seamus Cahill.
INDEPENDENT JACK was a 4/1 chance for the D2 Sprint at 5-38 where the August 13 son of Kinloch Brae owned by the Norah Mac Racing Club made a fast start and led to 1/2 way! Clocking 16.66 (-15) 16.51 calculated ‘Jack’ finished in 2nd place beaten two and a half lengths by the Jason Heath trained winner Droopys Kitkat. Kennel mate
HYNESS MILL was a 9/2 chance but the September 14 son of Droopys Jet made a slow start! Running on well ‘Ron’ finished in 3rd place clocking 16.82 (-15) 16.67 calculated when beaten four and a half lengths by the winner.
