WINNER
After finishing runner-up in ‘five’ of her last eight races DROOPYS TEQUILA finally got back to winning ways in the A8 at 8-02 last night! A 9/4 fancy the September 13 daughter of Droopys Scolari showed good early pace and soon led! Running on well she beat the Seamus Cahill trained Who Needs Hope by 3/4 of a length! Owned by Trevor Cooper, Dave Staddon and Ray Wheeler Droopys Tequila clocked 30.72 (Normal) when winning for the 11th time at Hove!

How Our Other Runners Fared
Making her return from injury AFTER SHOCK was sent off the 10/1 outsider for the D2 Sprint at a 8-52. After racing prominently early the April 15 daughter of Superior Product tired late on and finishing in 5th place she clocked 16.84 (Normal) when beaten just under four lengths by the Claude Gardiner trained winner Gemini Joker.
HYNESS MILL was due to run from trap 5 in this race but was withdrawn (lame) and the September 14 son of Droopys Jet was a non-runner last night.
ALE LELE had clocked 16.64 calculated in a recent trial and on his return after injury was a 5/1 chance for the D1 Sprint at 9-41. Sadly the January 15 son of Premier Fantasy checked badly at 1/2 way and he finished lame. The race was won by Westmead Julie who is trained by Derek Knight.
SIZZLERS GUNBOAT was a 3/1 chance now down in grade for the A5 at 9-57 but the September 15 son of Mall Brandy was slow away and baulked at the 1st bend! Clocking 30.95 (Normal) he finished in 6th place beaten just over six lengths by the Maria Collins trained winner Northwest Bridge.
