BALLYDWYER STAR opened his Hove account when leading all the way to beat the Claude Gardiner trained Sporting Canary by three lengths in A5 grade on the 15th May! He found trouble in running when 6th behind Mums Flyer in an A4 on his latest start and the August 19 son of Secreto was sent off a 5/1 chance for the A4 at 3-28. Showing good early pace he led at the 1st bend and keeping on well beat the Derek Knight trained Coxys Acorn by just over a length! Owned by Norah McEllistrim ‘Ballydwyer Star’ clocked 30.07 (Normal) when winning his 2nd race at Hove!
