Sent off a fancied 5/2 joint-favourite for his Hove ‘debut’ in A5 grade on the 20th August  GATHERINGPACE led on the run-in to beat the Seamus Cahill trained Pocket Pard by a length! Up in grade the October 20 son of Kinloch Brae was sent off an 11/4 chance for the A4 at 3-28. Crowded at the start and baulked at the 1st bend he led on the run-in to beat the Tony Taylor trained Bluestar Dancer by a length! Owned by Bob Boswell, Paula Boswell & Norah McEllistrim ‘Gatheringpace’ clocked 30.43 (Normal) when winning for the 2nd time at Hove!
