TEN KENNEL RUNNERS ON THE HOVE WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON CARD!
Wednesday 26th February HOVE Runners
The Norah Mac Racing Club is represented in the D1 at 2-27 by Hanover Lady who will be sharper after a couple of recent runs! Kennel mate On Your Lonesome also lines up in this event and should run well if avoiding trouble!
Swift Debbie is looking for her 11th win and gets a drop in grade for the A6 at 3-07.
Shyan Zippy has been knocking on the door recently and should go close in the A9 at 3-28.
Farloe Scolari will lead but may need to rely on a bit of trouble in behind for him to hold on in the A7 at 4-08. Looking for his 16th career win!
Droopys Margaret found trouble in running latest but improved form reaped two wins previous! The Racing Clubs Droopys Leonard has been in great form and will go well with a clear run when both line up for the A5 at 4-47.
Droopys Brody and Graiguenoe Royal have both been in good form lately and should each run well in a tightly graded A4 at 5-38.
The Racing Clubs Horse Outside has not been beaten far in his last three runs and if getting a nice run round the first two bends, in the A6 at 6-11, he could add to his 14 wins!
Note: WE HAVE NO RUNNERS AT HOVE ON THURSDAY 27th FEBRUARY
Welcome To New Norah Mac Racing Club Member
Welcome to Brian Dunning who lives in Skipton, Yorkshire. Brian retired from the Skipton Building Society in 2012 and is currently on his winter vacation in Tunisia. Its the second time he’s spent winter in a sunnier climate having made six previous visits and taking a liking to the Port El Kantaoui area of Tunisia. Its his first venture into greyhounds but he owned a share in a racehorse called Arctic Moss who won 3 Bumper Races and was in fact the first horse to win back to back Bumper races at Musselburgh in 2004 and 2005. Injury sadly cut short a promising career. Brian returns to England at the end of March and plans to make a visit to Hove in early April to meet Norah and the ‘team’ and of course fellow members! The summer months are busy for Brian at his local bowling club and on Saturdays he is a cricket umpire in a local league.
