‘ON  YOUR  LONESOME’   AND   ‘JUDICIAL  BABE’  ON THE MARK FOR NORAH!

Friday 21st March HOVE Report

Winners

There was a very close finish to the  D1  sprint  at 11-42  and it went the way of our runner  ON YOUR LONESOME who beat the Paul Garland trained Bringinhersunny a Neck! The September 2010 son of Kinloch Brae was quick away and led to half way. He rallied when challenged by the Garland runner up, and kennel mate Hanover Lady, to get up on the line clocking 16.96 (-15) 16.81 calculated. Owned by Mr J. A. Yelding On Your Lonesome was winning for the 14th time at Hove! Hanover Lady clocking 17.03 (-15) 16.88 calculated was a further Neck away in 3rd place! Sent off the 2/1 favourite she can be counted an unlucky loser as she was baulked at the first bend!

JUDICIAL BABE was always handy in the A9 at 1-27 and racing wide led at the third bend to beat the Paul Garland trained Senorita Anita. Owned by The Burhill Buzy Bees the Feb 2011 daughter of Hondo Black clocked 31.08 (-20) 30.88 calculated and has now won twelve races at Hove!

How Our Other Runners Fared

Watch Matt was up in grade for the A5 at 12-27 and his task was made that much harder when he was baulked at the first bend. He finished in 3rd place clocking 31.23 (-30) 30.93 calculated.

Sizzlers Big Boy has a habit of finding trouble at present and today was no different! He was baulked at the first bend and then baulked and stumbled at the 1/4 mark! He clocked 31.38 (-20) 31.18 calculated in 5th place.

Our final runner on the day also found trouble in the last race on the card! Droopys Margaret was baulked at the fourth bend in the A5 at 1-58. She clocked 31.11 (-20) 30.91 calculated when finishing 5th.
