GREYHOUND SALES RACE – SHEFFIELD – 2014
We are currently working on a ‘Sales Only’ open race that will be scheduled for later in 2014 at Sheffield. The event will only be open to those that have paid the £10 entry fee at the time of purchase from the following sales:
HALL GREEN PERRY BARR SHEFFIELD
The race will be run over 500 metres on hopefully a televised meeting later in the year.
We are hoping that the race will be a Category Two Open Race and will be for either 18 or 36 greyhounds depending on the amount of interest received.
A percentage of the prize money will be paid to the winning Trainer and also a percentage will be paid to the Vendor of the winning greyhound. We will be advertising the race in both the GBGB calendar and also the Racing Press so please keep a look out for further details of this new event.
