Each year as part of the WGOA awards,  dinner and dance, prizes are auctioned and the proceeds donated to  the Wimbledon Retired Greyhounds Home (www.hershamhounds.org.uk ).

The norahmacracingclub has offered 2011/12 membership as one of the prizes.  The value of this prize is £300. It’s  hoped that bidding will be fast and furious with funds raised exceeding the actual prize value.  All proceeds will be donated to the welfare kennels with our thanks and gratitude for all their continued good work, ensuring the hounds have a fantastic time of life once their race days are over.
