Sent off the 14/1 outsider Mustang Blitz needed a flyer and a clear run but he was denied that when baulked at the first bend in the Nottingham Bookmakers National Sprint Final last night. Taking on some of the top sprinters in the country Mustang Blitz finished in 4th place clocking 18.15 sec. when beaten four and three quarter lengths by the Carl Perry trained winner Geelo Vegas.
