RUNNERS-UP SPOT FOR BRAVE MONTY!

ANOTHER ME finished 4th clocking 29.19 calculated when beaten just under five lengths by the Frank Gray trained Azza Boy in a Central Park Open last Sunday. The February 14 son of Shaneboy Lee owned by Miss C. J. Vogt and Mr P. J. Vogt was made a 12/1 chance for the CENTRAL PARK STANDARD Open Race at 7-37 last night. Although he was bumped at the start ‘Monty’ showed good early pace and led from the 1st bend to the 3rd! Clocking 29.24 (Normal) he finished in 2nd place beaten two lengths by the George Andreas trained winner Insane George. Kennel mate DRAGON OVERLORD was a 16/1 shot for a Central Park Open last Sunday where the July 14 son of Tullymurry Act owned by the Executors of the late Joe Yelding ran on well to finish in 2nd place clocking 29.14 calculated when beaten three lengths by the Barry O’Sullivan trained winner Angry Man. Sent off a 5/2 chance last night he was soon in trouble after receiving  a bump at the 1st bend and finishing in 6th place he clocked 29.70 (Normal) when beaten just under eight lengths by the winner.
