KENNEL LOOKING TO GET BACK TO WINNING WAYS AT HOVE ON WEDNESDAY!

Wednesday 7th May HOVE Runners                              (Subject to Alteration)

Glenvale Rosie has finished in the first two on her last three runs and should again run well in the A10 at 2-27.

Ballymac Dainty has been well beaten in her last three races but she will be looking for her 18th career win when she lines up for the A5 at 3-07.

We have two runners in the D2 sprint at 3-28. The lightly raced Millroad Jessy returns from seasonal rest and she was in good form previous. While On Your Lonesome has struggled in his last three races but could go well in this grade.

Athlacca Olympic clocked a fast time latest and should again run well in the A2 at 4-08.

Intayacynthia won an A6 in mid April but has been well beaten since. She must avoid trouble in running in the A6 at 4-27.

Cellini has good early pace and is in good form. She should run her race in the A4 at 4-47.

Sporting Tracey is a very consistent bitch and takes her racing well. She runs on strongly and is never far away at the line. She should again be involved at the finish of the A3 at 5-07.

The “Burhill Buzy Bees” (kennel staff) owned Judicial Babe will be looking for a 15th career win in the A7 at 5-22.

Avit On Elsie got off to a flyer on her latest run but could not take advantage of that good break (4.17 split). She won two A11 races in April and connections will be hoping for a return to form in the A11 at 5-56.

Graiguenoe Royal had been running well prior to last Friday’s defeat to kennel mate Lobelia. He is dropped in grade and should get involved in the A6 at 6-11 with a decent break.

THE WILLIAM HILL GREYHOUND DERBY 2nd ROUND

GLENVALE STEVIE Races on Friday Night

Glenvale Stevie will have to trap well and lead into the first bend, as he did last Friday, to try and hold off some talented runners in his 2nd Round Heat of the William Hill Greyhound Derby. A bit of first bend crowding in behind would help his chance of qualification against strong opposition from the powerful kennels of Paul Young, Rab & Liz McNair, Paul Hennessy and Seamus Cahill.
