FRIDAY HOVE REPORT
Friday 1st September 2017 – HOVE Report
BALIBO RUBY was a 5/1 chance for the D2 Sprint at 2-08 where the July 14 daughter of Razldazl Rioga owned by the Norah Mac Racing Ruby syndicate ran on well after making a slow start! Finishing in 3rd place ‘Ruby’ clocked 16.97 (Normal) when beaten just under two lengths by the Jason Heath trained winner Nods Chance.
A 3/1 chance for the D2 Sprint at 3-07 FLACKWELL SPIRIT held every chance when finishing in 3rd place! The June 14 son of Taylors Sky clocked 16.87 (Normal) when beaten two lengths by Ferryforth Diva who is trained by Tony Taylor.
DROOPYS TEQUILA ran on well to beat Who Needs Hope by 3/4 of a length in an A8 last time and the September 13 daughter of Droopys Scolari was a 9/4 shot up in grade for the A7 at 3-28. Holding every chance she clocked 30.88 (Normal) when finishing in 2nd place beaten just a ‘neck’ by Droopys Quip who is trained by Jason Heath. Kennel mate RACENIGHT DUKE was a 7/1 chance and although crowded at the 1st bend the August 13 son of Head Bound ran on well to finish 3rd clocking 30.90 (Normal) when beaten just 1/2 a length by the winner.
AEGEAN FLASH was a 5/1 chance for the D1 Sprint at 4-27 but sadly the August 14 son of Colorful Champ was very badly baulked at the 1st bend! Clocking 18.22 (Normal) he finished in 6th place well behind the Seamus Cahill trained winner Wheres Jasper.
PALACE PRINCESS was an 8/1 shot for the A5 at 4-47 but the May 15 daughter of Godsend was baulked at the 3/4 mark! Finishing in 5th place she clocked 30.84 (Normal) when beaten just under nine lengths by Westmead Joey who is trained by Richard Rees.
BALIBO BONNIE was a 7/1 chance for the D3 Sprint at 5-38 but the January 16 daughter of Tullymurry Act owned by the Norah Mac Racing Club found ‘trouble’ in running and finishing in 5th place she clocked 17.25 (Normal) when beaten just under six lengths by Coltwood Girl who is trained by Ken Tester. Kennel mate MARYS BOY was a 5/1 chance and the June 14 son of Razldazl Jayfkay suffered the same ‘fate’ as Bonnie! Clocking 17.27 (Normal) he finished in 6th place beaten six lengths by the winner.
