JUST THE SEVEN RUNNERS ON THE FRIDAY MORNING HOVE CARD

FRIDAY 11th April HOVE Runners                (Subject to Alteration)

Pennys Peewee has been runner-up on her last two runs and should have every chance on recent times when lining up for the D1 sprint at 11-57.

Monleek Diamond had a good win in this grade at the end of March and Sporting Tracey is in good form and has won five races already this year! Both our runners race in the A3 at 12-12 and they face some useful rivals in a tightly graded event.

Glenvale Rosie is running well but was a beaten favourite on her latest run. She won from this draw on the 19th March and should again run well in the A11 at 12-27.

Classy Molly has not had a clear run in her last seven outings and must avoid trouble in the A7 at 1-27 to have any chance. Release The Ace is among her opponents and he goes up a grade for his win last Saturday night!

Graiguenoe Royal has been sent off at big odds for his last three runs but he could prove value if getting his break right in the A5 at 1-58.

NORAH MAC RACING CLUB PURCHASE ‘LONGRANGE DENIS’

Its great news for Norah Mac Racing Club Members because the Club has purchased a new recruit in the shape of LONGRANGE DENIS. The white and black December 2011 son of Droopys Kewell out of the dam Boyneside Walk was purchased on Sunday at the British Combined Greyhound Auctions Sheffield Sales. He clocked 29.27 sec over the 500 metre trip in landing a three-dog trial by two lengths and at £3,360 was the second highest priced sale of the day!

LONGRANGE DENIS is a three times winner in his native Ireland. He has won over 320 Metres at Lifford, 480 Metres at Drumbo Park and gained a Greyhound Data rating of 111 when winning over 503 Metres at Lifford clocking 30.03 on the 12th October which was the fastest time of the year over the trip! He was beaten a ‘head’ by Tyrur Arthur at Shelbourne Park on the 1st of February this year!
