Sunday 1st March 2015 – HOVE Report
Sizzlers Eagle was made Even money favourite for the D1 Sprint at 11-11 and he led to the second bend where the Derek Knight trained winner Whileyouwait took up the running to beat our runner a length and a quarter. Sizzlers Eagle clocked 16.57 (-20) 16.37 calculated finishing in 2nd place.
Speak Out Lilly was sent off the 5/2 favourite for the A6 at 11-28. She lost ground when crowded on the run-up and at the first two bends! However she ran on well to finish 2nd to the Jason Heath trained winner Brucies Nod. Speak Out Lilly clocked 31.25 (-40) 30.85 calculated when beaten one and a half lengths by the winner.
On Your Lonesome was the 16/1 outsider for the D2 Sprint at 11-42 and his task was made even harder as he missed his break and suffered crowding at the second bend. He finished in 5th place clocking 17.24 (-20) 17.04 calculated when beaten four lengths by race winner Dacent Hazard who is trained by Jason Heath.
Shyan Zippy finished 4th in the A9 at 12-12 but was only beaten one length! Our 3/1 chance was crowded at the first bend and clocked 31.42 (-40) 31.02 calculated behind the Doreen Walsh trained winner Ballygibbon Jack.
