Christmas is coming and Santa Norah has decided to dish out some early pressies to Norahmac racing club members.

Norah says, ” We had a difficult start to the club this year but events really took a turn for the better from the summer. The club dogs have been running regularly, and winning! They’ve been pretty much earning their keep since July from run and win money and so the coffers aren’t completely bare!!!!

It’s always been a long term plan to create and develop our club and I’m really pleased with how things are going.

We’ve established a solid foundation, socially and financially, and I want to keep everyone happy in what is, after all, a pretty difficult economic climate – both in and out of  the greyhound racing industry.

So I can announce that membership for existing members who reapply by December 31st 2011 will be reduced to £250.

This application by cheque (post-dated to February 2012 if you wish) or cash. All monies taken in will be set aside and not touched until the new membership year begins on March 1st 2012.

And so that new members don’t miss out on the Christmas Spirit, those joining for 2012/13 can have an additional two months membership; January and February 2012. A total of fourteen months through to February 2013 – all for £300!

I hope you all agree that with four dogs currently  running for us, and Rumble (Black Ace Mac) likely to produce our next generation at some point next year, club membership offers really great value for money already. And all members get an equal share in every dog in our club – we’re a genuine club rather than a syndicating group.

I want to assure current and future members that we will continue to have plenty of fun, thrills and excitement, on and off track, with our current crew of greyhounds and we will further add to our club kennel strength during 2012.
