SIZZLERS OLLY  –  class act in graded level!

SIZZLERS OLLY showed good early pace and led all the way when beating the Luke Morrison trained Rita From Russia by just over a length in an Open race at Central Park on the 8th September! Beaten in Open company on his next two starts the June 16 son of Droopys Jet returned to graded action at Hove today and was sent off the 6/4 fav. for the D1 Sprint at 11-52. Showing good early pace he led at the 1st bend and keeping on well beat the Seamus Cahill trained Forest Whiskey by a length! Owned by the late Dave Cook and Joy Cook ‘Sizzlers Olly’ clocked 16.49 (-15) 16.34 calculated when winning his 12th race at Hove!

How Our Other Runners Fared

GRANNYS DREAM was a 4/1 chance for the B2 at 1-37 and very nearly followed up his recent win! Crowded at the 1st bend he challenged on the run-in when finishing in 3rd place! Clocking 29.86 (-30) 29.56 calculated he was beaten just 1/2 a length by Wheres Emma.

A 9/2 shot for the B2 at 11-21 DROOPYS ROXY suffered crowding at the 3/4 mark! Clocking 29.74 (-30) 29.44 calculated she finished in 5th place beaten two lengths by Chopchop Arthur.
