It’s Three In A Row For ‘Speak Out Lilly’
‘SPEAK OUT LILLY’ COMPLETES A HOVE HAT-TRICK!
Wednesday 17th December HOVE Report
Winner
The improving SPEAK OUT LILLY is in brilliant form and climbing through the grades at Hove! The November 2012 daughter of Kinloch Brae was raised two grades after winning an A9 at the end of November. She took that in her stride winning in A7 grade on the 6th December. Up in grade again for that success she took the A6 at 4-47 in fine style leading all the way to beat the Seamus Cahill trained Who Needs Cash by two lengths! Owned by Norah McEllistrim Speak Out Lilly clocked 30.71 (-30) 30.41 calculated when winning for the 5th time at Hove. Kennel mate Avit On Elsie took a very wide course and finished in 5th place clocking 31.30 (-30) 31.00 calculated just over seven lengths behind the winner.
How Our Other Runners Fared
We had two runners in the D2 Sprint at 2-08 and it was the youngster Anmima Madam who came out best of our pair when finishing 2nd to the Paul Garland trained winner Linwood Rumble. She clocked 17.03 (-15) 16.88 calculated just over two lengths behind the winner. Kennel mate On Your Lonesome suffered crowding and clocked 17.23 (-15) 17.08 calculated back in 6th place five lengths off the winner.
Garrison Madrid was quick away in the A7 at 4-08 and disputed the lead to the 3/4 mark. She clocked 31.61 (-30) 31.31 calculated finishing in 5th place beaten four and a half lengths by the Doreen Walsh trained winner Greenisle Court. Kennel mate Blazing Swallow was slow away but finished in 3rd place clocking 31.49 (-30) 31.19 calculated three lengths behind the winner.
Droopys Bertha was crowded at the first bend in the A8 at 5-22 and was beaten three lengths by the Derek Knight trained winner Empowering. She clocked 31.40 (-30) 31.10 calculated finishing in 4th place.
Judicial Babe was crowded at the first bend in the A6 at 6-11. She clocked 31.10 (-30) 30.80 calculated in 5th place when beaten just over three lengths by the Seamus Cahill trained winner Armchair Dvalder.
