(Woody) Fleetwood Rocker had a spin over hurdles in a trial  on Wednesday 28th and clocked a reasonable 30.02. This grades him into hurdles events , so we have a choice now with his contests.

The club has two runners out at the weekend.

Oscar (Lima Oscar) takes another punt at an A2 on Friday at 10.30. It’s not the hottest A2 heat ever run, so given some luck in running Oscar has a squeak of nicking it.

Horse Outside has another go at an A3 at 10.30pm on Saturday. Our youngster didn’t get a clean break last week. He’ll need to be sharper when the lids lift in what is a competitive affair.

The kennel has a number of entries, a couple owned by club members, in the £1,000 to the winner Sweepstake semi-finals on Friday.
