Showing good early pace LAUGHIL OLLIE led at the 1st bend and clear at the 3rd he ran on well to beat the Tony Taylor trained Crokers Velcro by almost four lengths in A4 grade on the 6th October! Beaten just over three lengths when 3rd to Cain Man in an A3 on his latest run the September 20 son of Droopys Sydney was sent off the 5/4 favourite for the A3 at 3-28. Crowded at the 1st bend he led at the 3rd when beating the Jason Heath trained Roll On Ruby by two and a half lengths!
Owned by Norah McEllistrim, Mr N. D. Smith & Dave Staddon ‘Laughil Ollie’ clocked 29.87 (Normal) when winning for the 2nd time at Hove!
