‘MINEOLA LION’ GETS ON THE LOOSE AFTER LOCKDOW!

The Norah Mac kennel enjoyed success at Hove today with their first runner back after lockdown when MINEOLA LION took the A6 at 2-22. The April 18 son of Laughil Blake got off the mark back in February beating Gemini King by just over four lengths! Sent off the 7/4 favourite on his return to action he showed good early pace and was clear at the 3rd bend! Keeping on well he beat the Stuart Maplesden trained Two Paws Laws by 1/2 a length! Owned by Norah McEllistrim ‘Mineola Lion’ clocked 30.14 (+10) 30.24 calculated when winning his 2nd race at Hove!

‘PROVEN LOYALTY’ DOUBLES-UP FOR TEAM MAC!

There was further joy for ‘Team Mac’ when PROVEN LOYALTY doubled-up for the kennel in the A2 at 5-52. The March 16 son of Premier Fantasy was in good form before the lockdown enjoying a short-head success over Gemini King in A2 grade! Sent off a 7/2 chance today he soon led and running on strongly held off the challenge from the Jason Heath trained Drumcrow Tiny to win by a short-head! Owned by Mr A Parfitt ‘Proven Loyalty’ clocked 29.82 (Normal) when winning for the 3rd time at Hove!
