FOUR RUNNERS ON THE HOVE FRIDAY AFTERNOON CARD!

AEGEAN DELIGHT was 5/2 joint-favourite for a D2 Sprint on the 14th September but she was very badly baulked at the first bend and finishing in 6th place the August 14 daughter of Colorful Champ clocked 17.46 (Normal) when beaten  three lengths by Get On Talia. A 4/1 chance for a D2 Sprint on Saturday night she was slow away and clocked 17.04 (Normal) when finishing in 4th place beaten five lengths by Droopys Cairo and now lines up for the D2 Sprint at 2-08 along with kennel mate DROOPYS ELMA who clocked 17.16 calculated when finishing 2nd to Razldazl Holly in a 3-dog Sprint Trial at Hove on the 5th September. She improved on that effort by clocking 16.59 (Normal) when beating Sizzlers Kimba in a 3-dog Sprint Trial on the 12th September. The February 15 daughter of Mall Brandy was a 5/2 chance on her Hove debut in a D2 Sprint on Saturday night! Baulked and forced to check at the first bend she clocked 17.12 (Normal) when finishing 5th beaten six lengths by Droopys Cairo.

FANORE BREEZE had last won on the 13th August clocking 30.58 (Normal) when beating Maireads Ivy by six lengths in A6 grade! The December 12 daughter of Crash found life a little tougher in A5 grade but had benefited from a recent drop in grade. She held every chance clocking a decent 30.48 calculated when finishing 2nd beaten just a length and a half by Evanta Candyman in an A6 on the 7th September. She clocked 30.94 (Normal) when finishing 5th beaten two and a half lengths by Nowhere Man in A6 grade last Wednesday. Making a quick re-appearance in an A6 on Saturday night she broke well and led all the way to beat Perro Par by 1/2 a length! Fanore Breeze clocked 30.49 (Normal) when winning her 12th race at Hove and is up in grade for the A5 at 3-07.

FRONT STEP made her Hove debut last Saturday night! The January 15 daughter of Ballymac Eske had clocked 31.31 calculated in a 3-dog Trial at Hove on the 1st September She bettered that effort by clocking 30.80 (Normal) when finishing a length behind Crossfield Hal in a 3-dog Trial on the 8th September. Sent off an 8/1 chance for her first run she was slow away and baulked at the first bend! Clocking 30.91 (Normal) she finished in 5th place beaten just over five lengths by her kennel mate Fanore Breeze. Front Step will gain vital experience in the A6 at 4-08.
