A ‘Quiet’ Friday Ahead Of Busy Weekend!
NO WINNERS FRIDAY BUT NORAH MAC KENNEL FULL OF HOPE FOR WEEKEND!
It was a quiet Friday for the kennel in respect of winners as we drew a rare blank! However Sizzlers Beauty and Lobelia were only narrowly beaten in their races!
Friday 4th April HOVE Report
Sizzlers Beauty was up in grade for her win last Saturday and very nearly defied the penalty when only beaten one length by the Seamus Cahill trained Dingle Melody in the A5 at 11-11. Sizzlers Beauty sent off the 2/1 favourite was crowded at the first bend but stayed on for the runners up spot clocking 30.81 (-30) 30.51 calculated.
Lobelia was also up in grade for her win last Sunday and she very nearly followed up when beaten just a short head in the A5 at 12-27. Lobelia was Quick away and led to near the line only to be collared in the last strides by the 7/4 favourite Westmead Ellie trained by Wayne Wrighting. Lobelia clocked 30.85 (-30) 30.55 calculated.
Lochys Blue Boy finished 3rd in the D1 sprint at 11-57. He is still relatively inexperienced but is going in the right direction. He was hampered when crowded at the first bend and clocked 16.74 (-15) 16.59 calculated when beaten just under four lengths by the Seamus Cahill trained Guinness Eagle.
Westmead Louisa was badly baulked and fell in the A10 at 12-12 and was beaten a distance. Assistant trainer Gemma Byford reported that she is a bit stiff but she is okay!
Judicial Babe was badly bumped at the first bend and was never able to get involved in the A7 at 12-58. Always in rear she clocked 31.24 (-20) 31.04 calculated in 6th place.
Avit On Elsie showed early pace out wide in the A11 at 1-12 but tired late on and was beaten just over six lengths by the Wayne Wrighting trained winner Sheilas Poppy. ‘Elsie’ clocked 31.63 (-20) 31.43 calculated in 4th place.
Pretty In Blue was crowded at the second bend in the A8 at 1-58 and despite finishing 6th was just four lengths behind the Claude Gardiner trained winner Mistaken Eye Dee. Pretty In Blue clocked 31.47 (-20) 31.27 calculated.

SEVEN RUNNERS THIS SATURDAY AND THIRTEEN RUNNERS SUNDAY AT HOVE
The Saturday and Sunday Hove cards see some of our runners returning from injury, some of our runners up in grade, some of our runners down in grade, and even some of our runners slightly out of form but there should be a winner or two in there somewhere!
Saturday 5th April HOVE Runners
Release The Ace has talent and should run well in the A8 at 8-34.
Collinstown View has been running well and gets a drop in grade for the A4 at 9-07.
Monleek Diamond was an impressive winner latest and there could be more to come when she lines up for the A2 at 9-24.
Intayacynthia has only one run under her belt since returning from injury and Coolscart Hawk has not appeared since last August. Both dogs will come on for the run in the A5 at 9-57.
Philly Eagle was beaten by Kizi in a Sittingbourne Open on his latest run but is back in a D1 sprint at 10-13 on Saturday.
Cause Of Justice has done little wrong since joining Norah Mac and another good run is expected in the A3 at 10-30.

Edo Empress has been off colour but returns on Sunday. She is likely to need the run in the A10 at 11-28.
Glenvale Paddy has not been getting out and hence finding trouble in running. He has been well beaten lately and will need to improve to figure in the A9 at 11-42.
Graiguenoe Royal is pretty consistent and should run well again in the A5 at 11-57.
Athlacca Olympic is usually involved in the finish in this grade and should again run with credit in the A2 at 12-12. He really does deserve a win!
Classy Molly had hinted at a return to form but was well beaten latest. She needs a clear passage to get involved in the A7 at 12-27.
We have half the field for the D1 sprint at 12-41 as Hanover Lady, On Your Lonesome and Droopys Winnie go to traps. All three would be in with a chance!
Mikeys Guest was well beaten on his latest run and gets a drop in grade for the A6 at 1-12. Droopys Bertha is also in the line up and she will be running on strongly at the finish!
Cellini is useful when she gets on the bunny and will run well if doing so in the A4 at 1-28.
Sporting Tracey has been running well and should appreciate the drop in grade for the A3 1-44.
Ballymac Dainty was well beaten last time out and gets a drop in grade for the A4 at 1-58.
