SATURDAY HOVE REPORT
Saturday 10th June 2017 – HOVE Report
AFTER SHOCK was returning from injury but the April 15 daughter of Superior Product was still made 9/4 joint-favourite for the A7 at 7-46. Although racing prominent throughout she clocked 31.00 (Normal) when finishing in 3rd place beaten six lengths by the Seamus Cahill trained winner Babyface Owen.
ANOTHER ME was a 4/1 chance for the A2 at 8-18 but the February 14 son of Shaneboy Lee was knocked out of his stride when baulked at the 1st bend! Finishing in 5th place ‘Monty’ clocked 30.82 (Normal) when beaten just over ten lengths by Haliska Rubra who is trained by Ken Tester.
CASHONTHERUN was a 7/2 chance for the D1 Sprint at 8-34 where the August 14 son of Colorful Champ was slowly away! Clocking 16.71 (Normal) he finished in 5th place beaten just under two lengths by the Seamus Cahill trained winner Sporting Dave.
DROOPYS BLOOM was making her Hove debut in the A10 at 8-51 but the September 15 daughter of Tullymurry Act turned in the traps and the 3/1 chance was beaten a distance with no time recorded. The race was won by Marshals Kim who is trained by Paul Garland.
DROOPYS LUNAR was a 3/1 chance for the A9 at 10-30 but the November 13 daughter of Droopys Cain suffered crowding at the 1st bend and again at 1/2 way! Clocking 31.08 (Normal) she finished in 5th place beaten just over three lengths by the Maria Collins trained winner Swift Holly.
