SISTERS SECRET – clocked a superb 30.32 calc!
SISTERS SECRET clocked a decent 30.62 calculated when beating Guinness Mist by just over two lengths in a 3-dog Trial over 515 metres on the 16th March and the exciting youngster made a winning Hove debut in the A5 at 7-46 last night. Although suffering crowding at the 1st bend the April 15 son of Kinloch Brae, a 9/2 chance, ran on strongly to beat the Tony Taylor trained Westmead Winston by a very impressive seven lengths! Owned by Karen Browne & Mick Browne Sisters Secret clocked a very decent 30.52 (-20) 30.32 calculated when winning his 1st race at Hove! MARCH ON MAX ran on well to finish a ‘head’ 2nd to Emerald Sky on the 17th March and the October 13 son of Tullymurry Act was sent off a 5/1 chance. Following a slow start he was unable to find a clear run and clocked 31.11 (-20) 30.91 calculated when finishing in 3rd place beaten just over seven lengths by the winner.

‘Oo Wants It’ Is Back To His Best!
OO WANTS IT beat Whileyouwait in a D1 Sprint on the 18th January and although things had not gone his way in five runs since he was hinting at a return to form! The July 14 son of Ace Hi Rumble clocked 16.41 (Normal) when 3rd beaten four and a half lengths by Jumeirah Maximus in a Wimbledon Sprint Open last Saturday and was sent off the 3/1 fav for the D1 Sprint at 9-41. Despite a slow start he ran on well to beat the Paul Garland trained Portumna Socks by a short-head! Owned by the Billys Bullet Mad Mash Syndicate Oo Wants It clocked a superb 16.52 (-15) 16.37 calculated when winning for the 2nd time at Hove!

How Our Other Runners Fared
The A4 at 8-02 was a four-runner race and OXTED FLYER was sent off the even money favourite! Baulked at the 1st bend and badly baulked at the 2nd the June 15 son of Droopys Cain still clocked a respectable 30.75 (-20) 30.55 calculated when finishing in 4th place beaten three lengths by Leaders Bell who is trained by Richard Rees.
FLACKWELL SPIRIT finished 6th when beaten just over five lengths by Droopys Shona in a D1 Sprint on Wednesday and the June 14 son of Taylors Sky was sent off a 5/2 chance for the D2 Sprint at 8-34. Prominent early he held every chance and clocked 17.07 (-10) 16.97 calculated when finishing in 4th place beaten two lengths by the Tony Taylor trained winner Droopys Ferrer. Kennel mate DROOPYS RIVES completed a Hove ‘hat-trick’ when beating Balibo Ruby by 3/4 of a length on the 10th March and the July 13 son of Westmead Hawk was made the 9/4 favourite! Always in rear ‘River’ clocked 17.12 (-10) 17.02 calculated when finishing 5th beaten just under three lengths by the winner.
ASSERT was 4th beaten two and a half lengths by Dance Daniella on Wednesday and the July 14 son of Skywalker Ace was an 8/1 chance for the A7 at 9-24. Slow away and baulked at the 1st bend he clocked 31.71 (-30) 31.41 calculated when finishing 6th beaten eight lengths by the Claude Gardiner trained winner Ballybeg Brae.
PALACE PRINCESS finished 6th beaten five lengths by Hamsteronapiano on her Hove debut last Sunday and the May 15 daughter of Godsend was made even money favourite now dropped in grade for the D3 Sprint at 10-13. Although baulked at the 1st bend she clocked 17.02 (-15) 16.87 calculated when finishing in 2nd place beaten two and a half lengths by Brinkleys Oscar who is trained by Tony Taylor. SUMMERVILLE KATE found ‘trouble’ in running when finishing 5th behind Brinkleys Dipsy on her Hove debut last Sunday and the July 15 daughter of Forest Master was sent off a 5/2 chance last night. Slow away she clocked 17.38 (-15) 17.23 calculated when finishing in 5th place seven lengths behind the winner.

ANOTHER ME – Norah’s final runner at Wimbledon!
ANOTHER ME suffered crowding on the run-up when finishing 4th beaten just under four lengths by Ginas Blue in a Wimbledon Open race last Saturday and sadly he suffered the same fate at Plough Lane last night! A 7/2 chance for the Wimbledon 480 (Div 2) Open race ‘Monty’ was crowded at the start and when making ground down the back straight he was forced to check at the 3rd bend! Clocking 29.10 (Normal) the February 14 son of Shaneboy Lee owned by Miss C. J. Vogt & Mr P. J. Vogt finished in 4th place beaten six and a half lengths by the Elizabeth & Rab McNair trained winner Shaneboy Russell.
