Kizi made a good enough break to get involved in the  SITTINGBOURNE SPRINT but he was bumped at the first and crowded 1/2 way when almost pushed off the track by Mythical Emily who was berthed on his inside. He stood no chance after that and was beaten eight lengths by the Gemma Davidson trained Zenas Boy. Kizi clocked 17.03 in 5th place.

Pennys Peewee held every chance and clocked 17.04 sec in 6th place just over eight lengths behind the winner.

Glenvale Stevie was making what looked like a winning move in the  SITTINGBOURNE MINI STANDARD when the leader Goes Hot shut the door on Stevies move up the inner. As Stevie put the brakes on he had his legs clipped from behind and dropped back rapidly. Stevie clocked 28.23 sec in 6th place six lengths behind the Heather Dimmock trained winner.

Coologue Gem was made the 6/4 favourite for the SITTINGBOURNE MINI MAIDEN FINAL on the strength of her fastest Heat time but a slow break cost her dear tonight. She was baulked at the second bend but produced a strong finish to take 2nd place behind the Frank Gray trained winner Makeit Fun. Coologue Gem clocked 28.06 sec beaten four and a half lengths by the winner.

Ballymac Marine continued his comeback and was sent off the 5/4 favourite for the THE SITTINGBOURNE STANDARD (HEAT 1) but he failed to qualify for next weeks Final when finishing in 5th place. He showed good early pace but was crowded at the first bend and checked at the third. ‘Ted’ clocked 29.96 sec when beaten just over six lengths by the Tony Collett trained Satellite Exile.

Glenpadden Bolt gave the kennel a lift in the last when he qualified for next weeks  SITTINGBOURNE STANDARD FINAL by finishing in 3rd place. He showed good early pace and despite getting a bump at the first bend and the 1/4 mark he disputed the lead to the fourth bend but was beaten three lengths by the winner Cabra Scooby who is trained by Alma Keppie.  Glenpadden Bolt (11/10 fav) clocked 29.68 sec.

Collinstown View was slow away and slightly crowded at the 3/4 mark and clocked 29.89 sec in 5th place six lengths behind the winner.

Viscount Rambler was bumped on the run-up and ran wide at the 1/4 mark and clocked 30.08 sec in 6th place eight lengths behind the winner.
