This was only the fourth run this year for LOCHYS BLUE BOY who had been held up in his work through lameness and sickness! A good run last time when 2nd behind the talented sprinter Who Needs Pace was good form to take into the DOWNLOAD THE CORAL APP SPRINT OPEN race and the December 2011 son of Local Honcho took his chance in good style! Quick away and racing middle to wide Lochys Blue Boy led all the way beating the Derek Knight trained odds-on favourite Whileyouwait by 3/4 of a length! Owned by the Sevenmenandadog Syndicate Lochys Blue Boy clocked 16.59 (-20) 16.39 calculated when winning for the 10th time at Hove! He also has wins at Lifford and Dundalk on his Irish card!
How Our Other Runners Fared
The Norah Mac Racing Clubs Classy Molly has not won for some time but was given a chance when dropped in grade for the A10 at 7-31. She was sent off the 7/4 favourite but ‘Molly’ just failed to collect when beaten a ‘neck’ by the Derek Knight trained winner Edinburgh Castle. ‘Molly’ broke well but was crowded at the first bend. She recovered to take up the running at the third bend but was just outstayed by the winner! ‘Molly’ clocked 31.49 (-40) 31.09 calculated in 2nd place!
Hove racegoers ‘favourite’ Baby Sky was returning from injury when lining up for the A6 at 7-46. She ran on well after a typically slow start but was always liable to need this run! A 5/1 chance Baby Sky clocked 30.94 (-40) 30.54 calculated when finishing in 4th place beaten two lengths by the Paul Garland trained winner Ballycanal Dan.

Friday 20th March 2015 – HOVE Runners
Droopys Rives has missed the break on his last three runs but he can’t afford any errors in the D1 Sprint at 2-08. Glenvale Stevie has been running well since his return from injury and should run his usual race!
Veteran Swift Messi and kennel mate Ballymac Dainty line up against four youngsters in the D2 Sprint at 3-07. Our pair have won 44 races between them whereas the four pups are each looking for their first win!
We also have two runners in the A9 at 3-48. Listry Ace ran well on her Hove debut but was held up on her second run! Lobelia is running well without getting her head in front but is helped by a drop in grade!
Speak Out Lilly was a good 2nd on her latest run and a repeat of that effort may be good enough in the A6 at 5-07. Kennel mate Swift Debbie returns from injury but ran a decent trial last week.
Fanore Breeze ran well when 2nd on her return from seasonal rest and lines up in a competitive D2 Sprint at 5-56.

Droopys Tomford – Running well!
Grisedale Girl has run well in two D1 graded races, including a 2nd on Wednesday, and she will appreciate the drop in grade for the D2 Sprint at 7-31. The Norah Mac Racing Clubs Droopys Tomford is running well and the September 13 pup was a close up 3rd in this grade on Wednesday!
Droopys Tequila has gone well in her trials and makes her Hove debut in the A3 at 8-02.
Sizzlers Eagle is a very decent sprinter who has won 7 of his 12 races! A winner last time he lines up for the D1 Sprint at 9-07.
Princess Jetta returns from seasonal rest and runs in the D2 Sprint at 9-57. Kennel mate Fairhill Frankie is also in the line up but his last win was back in December!
