Sparta Flame was having his first run for Norah having joined our kennel only last Friday! The December 2011 son of Ballymac Maeve out of the dam Tinrah Kewell was previously trained by Jason Foster and knows Wimbledon well having won 10 races at the Plough Lane circuit! Sent off a 10/1 chance for the WILLIAM HILL – ON YOUR MOBILE 480 STANDARD Open race he showed good early pace but suffered crowding at the first bend. Finishing in 4th place he clocked 28.96 (Normal) when beaten five lengths by the Patrick Janssens trained winner See No Gamble. The odds-on 4/5 favourite Ballymac Brogan trained by Seamus Cahill finished 2nd with Paul Young’s Jaytee China in 3rd place! Having been blessed with good early pace Sparta Flame wins a lot of his races from the front and the Mr D. A. Heron, Mr B. Penfold and Mr H. Penfold owned runner also has 3 Romford wins on his cv plus 4 wins at Waterford on his Irish card!

Fanore Breeze is an excitable sort but she has the ability to run well in the D2 Sprint at 2-08 if she can harness her energy!
Ballymac Dainty – Must avoid trouble!
Ballymac Dainty has found trouble in running on her last two outings but was in winning form previous! She could go well in the A6 at 2-27 if getting a clear run!
Data Olly – Runs on well!
Data Olly was competing in A8 grade in April but after winning 4 races by the end of May he was up to A4 grade! A strong finisher he lines up for the A5 at 3-18 but needs to trap better as slow starts have hampered him at this level!
Swift Messi – 27 wins at Hove!
Swift Messi won a D2 Sprint on the 5th June and was promptly given a week off for his efforts! The veteran returns to action for his 178th race and he will be looking to gain a 28th career win in the D2 Sprint at 4-14. Fairhill Frankie has been running in D1 grade but was dropped to this level on his last outing where he missed his break! He is capable of a bold show on his best form!
Abbeys Zenyatta should have every chance in the A7 at 5-44. She is in very good form having won 3 of her last 6 races!
