Whilst it was left to Wendy (Hanover Lady) to fly the club flag last week, what an admirable standard-bearer our blue girl proved to be. A near career best performance  saw Wendy annihilate her opposition in Sunday’s top grade Sprint, coming home almost three lengths clear of her nearest pursuers.

What a star she has proven to be!

Stand by your beds as we ready ourselves for Norah’s preview for the year ahead, coming soon to this website.

Last year, amongst other gems, Norah noted Cloheena Mickey as a youngster to watch, and this son of Crash has continued to improve over the past twelve months, winning eight times (from just twenty seven runs) including an Open and A1 at Hove.

Which dogs do Norah and the team have their eyes on this year? All will be revealed in a week or two.

Well Wendy (Hanover Lady) will need to be every bit as sharp as she was on Sunday in her next engagement, an Open Sprint at 746pm on Hove’s RPGTV card on Thursday evening.  She’s boxed in red, which may not be great news, with top flight performer Your A Champ housed beside in blue. Fingers crossed?
