ANOTHER ME last ran when finishing 4th to Who Needs Luck in A5 grade on the 29th October! The February 14 son of Shaneboy Lee clocked 30.49 when winning a three-dog Trial on the 16th November and ‘Monty’ returns to action in the A5 at 8-02.

SALEEN VIC clocked his best time at Hove (29.97 calculated) when 2nd to kennel mate Sizzlers Puma on the 19th November but the September 13 son of Ballymac Vic who is owned by Mr J. A. Yelding went one place better when beating Killure Panther by 3/4 of a length in the Final of the HOVE THURSDAY NIGHT ‘500’ MAIDEN – Open Competition last Thursday! Saleen Vic was winning for the first time at Hove and now lines up for a CORAL OLYMPIC TRIAL STAKES at 9-06.

SIZZLERS PUMA got off the mark at Hove in A2 grade on the 12th November clocking a superb 29.96 calculated when beating Jetstream Buster by three lengths and he clocked a brilliant 29.85 calculated when beating  Saleen Vic by a length and a half in Heat 2 of the HOVE THURSDAY NIGHT ‘500’ MAIDEN Competition. The Dec 12 son of Skywalker Puma owned by Dave and Joy Cook went into the Final as the fastest qualifier but was unable to reproduce that run and finished 5th to Saleen Vic. Although he faces some quality rivals he must have a good chance in the A1 at 9-56.

Satellite Fever

SATELLITE FEVER clocked 30.46 calculated when bolting up in A5 grade last Sunday! The February 12 son of College Causeway took up the running at the third bend and stayed on well to beat Tyrur Arthur by four lengths! ‘Tommy’ was winning for the 8th time at Hove and is up in grade for the A4 at 2-47.

Swift Messi

SWIFT MESSI made his 200th appearance in the (D2) SWIFT MESSI 200 RACES STAKES on the 21st November but the September 09 son of Hondo Black was unable to secure victory despite making a bold effort and was beaten just 3/4 of a length by Ballinlough Boss. ‘Lionel’ held every chance when 4th to Farloe Comet last Friday and should again run well in the D2 Sprint at 3-07.

Ballymac Chindit

BALLYMAC CHINDIT led everywhere bar the line when pipped at the post by kennel mate Rockmount Robben last Wednesday! The December 12 son of Ace Hi Rumble had been finding ‘trouble’ in recent runs but he clocked a decent 30.66 when finishing in 2nd place and must have a ‘fair’ chance in the A5 at 3-48.

The lightly raced VISCOUNT RAMBLER is a talented dog and the June 11 son of Goldmine Ramble clocked a superb 29.98 calculated when beating Castleview Jake just over four lengths in A3 grade on the 6th November! He was put up ‘two’ grades for that success and was well beaten by Crossfield Zeus and Castleview Jake on his next two runs! He is dropped in grade for the (A3) Owners Bonus Series – Heat 1 at 4-27 where a first-two finish would see him qualify for the Final on Saturday 12th December.

Avit On Elsie

AVIT ON ELSIE clocked 30.99 in a two-dog Trial on the 21st November and made her return after a short rest to run in an A7 last Saturday. The July 12 daughter of Eden Brett disputed the lead to the third bend where she suffered bad crowding and was shuffled back to finish in last place six lengths behind Queen Champ. Connections will be hoping for a ‘clearer’ run in the A7 at 5-22.

Mist Of Time

MIST OF TIME was a good 2nd to kennel mate Windy Warrior on the 19th November and was sent off 2/1 favourite for an A8 last Saturday where the May 13 daughter of Droopys Scolari clocked 30.84 calculated when finishing 3rd to Swift Mayo. Mist Of Time should have every chance in the A8 at 6-11.
