Update and apologies (24/2)…
Eagle-eyed members may have noticed that Horse Outside is down to run at Wimbledon tonight. It seems that there was some crossed wires in my conversation with Norah earlier in the week regarding his well-being.
So the latest news and for clarity: Woody (Fleetwood Rocker), following his operation has not responded completely to his post-op anti-biotics and has gone on a second batch of medication. It’s relatively minor in the healing process but did need attention.
There was some disappointment last week with Horse Outside’s run and Norah was considering his well-being. However, he seems lively enough in himself and he’s also had the once over from the physio and Norah considers him fit and well to run. This update supersedes the previous one (Wednesday) which gave incorrect news on Horse Outside’s current wellbeing.
He takes his chance in the 9.00pm an A1.
Apologies to members who have had their schedules messed up by the mis-information. That said Horse Outside’s participation was only confirmed Thursday when he was ‘put in.’ So, hopefully not too much harm done.
