Vets Advise Four Weeks Rest For Denis!
Norah has just returned from the vets and X- Rays taken today confirmed that Longrange Denis has fractured a small bone in his neck. Despite a slight displacement vet Daniel Doherty advised rest and said the injury will heal itself. The most important thing now for kennel staff is to keep ‘Denis’ as quiet and as still as possible! He is on pain killers and is eating and is comfortable. He is a relaxed type of dog and being sensible and the vets said with four weeks complete kennel rest he should make a full recovery. Norah would like to thank the Romford vets who looked after him last night and said they have phoned three times today enquiring as to the condition of Denis.
The Norah Mac Racing kennel would also like to thank all the people who have enquired on our web-site and Twitter page as to the well being of Longrange Denis.
