VLAD THE IMPALER soon led and ran on well to beat the Tony Taylor trained Churchtown Tyson by 3/4 of a length in A1 grade on the 17th February! Finishing 5th behind Kazzabella in an A2 on his latest run the August 18 son of Sparta Maestro was sent off a 4/1 chance for the A2 at 11-24. After showing good early pace, he suffered crowding, but led at the 1/4 mark. Holding on well he beat the Seamus Cahill trained Dromulton Daisy by a head! Owned by Jonathan Muller ‘Vlad The Impaler’ clocked 30.44 (-20) 30.24 calculated when winning his 13th race at Hove!
