FANORE FLYER – His 17th Win at Hove!

FANORE FLYER was 5th behind Gin Garden on his return from injury on the 3rd July! A week later he was back to winning ways when staying on well to beat the Ken Tester trained Punk Rock Poet by almost two lengths in a D2 Sprint! Beaten on his last two starts the April 15 son of Vans Escalade was a 5/1 chance for the D2 Sprint at 2-52. Showing good early pace he led at the 2nd bend and keeping on well beat the Seamus Cahill trained Get On Gem by just over a length! Owned by Steve Keay ‘Fanore Flyer’ clocked 16.68 (-10) 16.58 calculated when winning for the 17th time at Hove!
Kennel mate ANOTHER ME ran on well to grab 3rd place! The 4/1 shot clocked 16.79 (-10) 16.69 calculated when beaten a length and a half by the winner.

CHAIN LIGHTING   –   always led!

CHAIN LIGHTING was last successful in a CENTRAL PARK SPRINT Open Race on the 2nd June where he beat the David Mullins trained Piemans Dash by three lengths! Soon after that victory he was on the sick list and spent a month resting. After two recent Hove outings the June 16 son of Droopys Jet was sent off 7/4 favourite for the D1 Sprint at 4-29. Showing good early pace he always led when beating the Alma Keppie trained Nobodys Sidney by three and a half lengths! Owned by Jonathan Muller and Norah McEllistrim ‘Chain Lighting’ clocked 16.46 (-10) 16.36 calculated when winning his 9th race at Hove!

POWER MARY was very slow away in the D2 Sprint at 6-02 but running on well she clocked 17.21 (-10) 17.11 calculated when finishing in 3rd place beaten just under two lengths by Derryhogan Folly.
